In this free health and wellness program, Nutrition Consultant Natalie Gantz, will talk about basic nutrition and lifestyle changes that we can adapt into our lives.
Background: A year and half ago, Natalie was feeling lost. She exercised, watched what she ate, and researched for nutrition information online, yet still wasn’t feeling energetic or 'healthy.' As a way to sort through information, she was inspired to attend Bauman College to get a hold on her health instead of feeling overwhelmed. Now, almost done with school, she’s excited to share what she's learned about the foundations for a healthy life.
