Our Yucan Crunch crackers are actual aboriginal food from native groups around the Caribbean Sea. This millennial treat is made in South America through a very rustic process that uses only the yuca root fiber. That’s one ingredient for you to spruce up for a delicious snack! They are a blank canvas at this point! Because they are meant to be used as the crunchiest platform for flavor, we keep them at their natural state--low flavor & dry. Try them with a smear of ghee or avocado bites with some tomato sauce or an after dinner treat with Rawtella. If you’re feeling extra crunchy, feel free to give them an extra toast.
